Discussion on communication, finances, and project administration
The second day of our in-person SCOM meeting was dedicated to upcoming activities. Partner representatives Inez Fekete, Daniela Chiran, Sophia Dittes, Kristina Koter and Natali Bernatović presented updates on the preparations for these activities. Their presentations initiated a very productive discussion on implementation approaches, timelines, and planning.
The main focus of the discussion was the next SCOM meeting and the five-day Bootcamp that we are required to organize. In line with capitalization efforts across different projects and platforms, participants demonstrated strong awareness and valuable experience, which led to clear and well-defined conclusions. More details on these conclusions will be shared after approval from our project officer. Stay tuned!
The day concluded with a visit to Villach City Hall, where we had the opportunity to speak with the First Deputy Mayor (Vizebürgermeister) Sarah Katholnig.
