From March 17 to 19, 2026, as part of Activity A3.2, led by Občina BELTINCI (PP11), the first study visit for external experts and partners was organized in Zagreb. The visit was organized by Optimizacija d.o.o. Invento Capital Partners (PP8), in collaboration with the project lead RIT Croatia (LP1).
The first and third days were dedicated to lectures and workshops held at the RIT Croatia campus, while the second day included a visit to the Zrno organic farm, Bio-zrno d.o.o. located east of Zagreb. Participants attended from Croatia (LP1, PP8), Montenegro (PP7), Slovenia (PP10, PP11), and Romania (PP2).

Knowledge exchange in the areas of smart farming, technology, and business is essential for accelerating innovation and improving decision-making among stakeholders. By learning from real-life cases and practical applications, participants can better understand how to implement modern solutions in their own contexts. Such collaboration also strengthens networks and fosters long-term partnerships that are crucial for sustainable sector development.
