Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pécs-Baranya (CCIPB) – INTRODUCING THE ASSOCIATED STRATEGIC PARTNERS (ASP) OF THE DRWO4.0 PROJECT 3/10
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pécs-Baranya (CCIPB) is an associated partner of project partner CICC within the DRWO4.0 project. It is one of the strongest chambers in Hungary, actively coordinating the implementation of the regional economic development strategy in close cooperation with the university, the city, and leading companies.
Among CCIPB’s key objectives are the development of human resource capacities in the region, strengthening the innovation potential and export readiness of SMEs, and enhancing their business opportunities through EU-funded projects.
🎯 In the implementation of the DRWO4.0 project, CCIPB contributes through the following activities:
✔ Supporting the establishment and operation of the Southern Project Ecosystem (PE South) and participating in thematic events (SO1 & SO2)
✔ Conducting a comparative analysis of new project results with existing Industry 4.0 solutions within the Chamber (SO1, Activity 1.1), as part of assessing stakeholders’ potential for transformation in line with I4.0 standards
✔ Validating the Transformation Model within the industrial environment, legislative framework, and through connections with vocational education and training (VET) networks (SO3, Activities 3.1 & 3.2)
This validation provides valuable feedback on the model’s applicability, replicability, and adaptability – not only in the industrial sector, but also in the broader development and educational context.
Through its strong institutional capacity and close ties to the regional economy, CCIPB makes a significant contribution to strengthening the digital and green transformation within the DRWO4.0 project.
