Completed Two-Day Forward Conference in Banja Luka: Focus on AI for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
The seventh Forward Conference was held in Banja Luka on December 4–5, 2025, with the theme “AI Tools in the Service of Business Development for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.”
The conference brought together experts, entrepreneurs, institutional representatives, and enthusiasts from across the region to explore how the use of artificial intelligence can contribute to digital transformation and economic growth.
Over the course of two days, participants attended panels and workshops covering topics such as:
- the use of AI agents in online advertising and marketing,
- process and business optimization for small and medium-sized enterprises without large budgets,
- generative AI in media and advertisement creation,
- introducing AI into companies—from process planning to implementation.
The lectures and workshops showcased concrete examples of how advanced tools and technologies can improve efficiency, optimize processes, and open opportunities for strategic growth—of particular importance for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Representatives of the PREDA Agency, attending the conference within the DRWO4.0 project, gained valuable insight into the latest AI trends and opportunities for their practical application in SMEs.
