Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the PREDA Agency and PaletteCAD d.o.o.

As a result of cooperation established through the project Model for the Transformation of the Wood Industry in the Danube Region Towards Industry 4.0 – DRWO4.0, the Development Agency of the City of Prijedor – PREDA – signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the company Palette CAD d.o.o. By signing the MoU on July 25, 2025, at the premises of the PREDA Agency, a foundation was laid for strategic cooperation in the field of digitalization and competency development in the furniture production and interior design sector.

Palette CAD d.o.o. brings expertise and technologies that can directly support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, using tools and solutions in the field of 3D software, artificial intelligence, and business process automation. In today’s business environment, digital solutions and innovations play a key role in developing competitive and sustainable business models – especially in sectors that rely on technical and creative design.

Key areas of cooperation are defined through the creation and establishment of a user support center, training of employees and students in the use of software solutions for design, modeling, and optimization of production and services, as well as promotional activities and demonstrations of practical solutions and tools to companies, with an emphasis on the application of Industry 4.0 principles in the design and visualization of interiors.

This cooperation represents a significant step toward a digital future for the domestic industry and contributes to the goals of the DRWO4.0 project in the context of strengthening the local economy through technology.
