PORA Regional Development Agency of Koprivnica-Križevci County – INTRODUCING THE ASSOCIATED STRATEGIC PARTNERS (ASP) OF THE DRWO4.0 PROJECT 4/18

PORA is an associated partner of the project partner CULMENA within the DRWO4.0 project. As the regional coordinator of Koprivnica-Križevci County, PORA participates in the development of key strategic documents, most notably the Industrial Transition Plan for Northern Croatia. The plan aims to transform the regional economy through the development of five Regional Value Chains (RVCs).

Within the Green Growth RVC, the main focus is on the development of green products and technologies, as well as the transition towards a circular economy, contributing to a greener industrial transition of the region and the creation of higher value-added products.

PORA actively works on strengthening the development of green products, the application of new technologies, and the digitalization of companies in the Koprivnica-Križevci County area.

🎯 Within the DRWO4.0 project, PORA contributes to implementation through the following activities:

✔ Participating in activities organized within PE South (SO1 & SO2) to support the functionality and efficiency of the Southern Project Ecosystem
✔ Promoting and presenting the Action Plan and PE South to regional policy authorities of Northern Croatia, leveraging its strong connections with the policy sector
✔ Taking part in study visits to exchange knowledge and discuss challenges and opportunities for incorporating Industry 4.0 (I4.0) into Croatian companies (SO2, Activity 2.2)
✔ Supporting the development, presentation, and uptake of the Transformation Model (SO3)

Thanks to its experience in strategic document development, PORA serves as a strong link between policymakers and the transfer of DRWO4.0 project outputs to the regional level.

Through its activities, PORA further strengthens the digital and green transition of Northern Croatia’s economy.
