IMPACTA strengthens synergies with the GRANDIS project in Budapest
On 28 September 2026, IMPACTA was represented at the 5th National Stakeholder Meeting of the Interreg Europe GRANDIS project in Budapest, providing a valuable opportunity for cross-project exchange and networking.
Renata Anna Jaksa, representing both HÉTFA Research Institute and the Women/Business/Angels Association, introduced the IMPACTA project and shared its approach to supporting women entrepreneurs, strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems and promoting more inclusive access to business development and investment opportunities.
The meeting also offered an opportunity to learn more about the GRANDIS pilot action in Hungary, which focuses on strengthening outreach to women entrepreneurs through a peer-to-peer ambassador model. The pilot explores how women entrepreneur ambassadors can increase awareness of and access to mentoring opportunities among early-stage women-led businesses.
The exchange highlighted several common areas between GRANDIS and IMPACTA, particularly women’s entrepreneurship, mentoring, stakeholder engagement, peer learning and the transfer of good practices. These links are especially relevant as IMPACTA moves forward with its own pilot activities aimed at testing and adapting solutions for women entrepreneurs and investors across the Danube Region. IMPACTA foresees pilot interventions as a key part of its approach, followed by evaluation, replication and the development of transferable solutions.
We would like to thank the GRANDIS team and STRIA – South Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency for the invitation and the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas. We look forward to staying in touch and exploring further opportunities for cooperation as both projects progress.
