Webinar #4: “Digital Mental Health“

17 December 2025, zoom

Digitalisation is deeply shaping the lives — and mental wellbeing — of young people. At our latest MEET webinar, experts from practice, policy, and research shared key insights on opportunities, risks, and responsibilities in digital mental health.

Across all contributions, a common theme emerged: digital and AI-based solutions must be ethical, evidence-based, and human-centred. Digital mental health tools should complement, not substitute, professional care and community-based support — always prioritising safety, inclusion, and young people’s rights. There is no single solution to digital mental health challenges — but through cross-sector collaboration, responsible innovation, and informed practice, we can build safer and more supportive digital environments for young people.Across all contributions, a common theme emerged: digital and AI-based solutions must be ethical, evidence-based, and human-centred.
