The first MEET Youth Mental Health Lab in Vienna brought together youth and social workers, researchers, mental health advocates, young adults and public officials. The diverse perspectives and experiences were valuable to collectively identify the main challenges to youth mental health and start drafting solutions.
Amongst others, the group highlighted the need for action, resources and trustworthy relationships to improve mental health of young people, who are facing multiple challenges. Participants appreciated coming together and exchanging with others working on the topic. We are looking forward to continuing building solutions and networks through the next events.
