NONA Green Investment Forum, Romania, November 14, 2025

The first Green Investment Forum Cluj will take place on 14 November 2025, from 09:00 to 12:30, at Avram Iancu Street no. 13–15, Cluj-Napoca - a platform for collaboration between authorities, investors, and civic organisations to foster sustainable regeneration and green investments in the Danube Region.

Organised by the Cluster of Education C-EDU, in collaboration with Urbasofia, as members of the Interreg Danube Region Programme - NONA: New Governance for New Spaces, with the North-West Regional Development Agency as associated partner, the event marks the launch of the first edition of the Green Investment Forum, a NONA platform dedicated to collaboration among authorities, investors, universities, and civic organisations to stimulate green investments and sustainable territorial regeneration.

The Forum will open with welcome messages from representatives of Urbasofia and C-EDU, followed by local and regional authorities. The first roundtable will explore opportunities for financing and upgrading degraded areas in the upcoming European funding period, with interventions from ADR Nord-Vest and representatives of the private sector and financial institutions such as KPMG, Iulius Group, Banca Transilvania, and BCR.

Later, Urbasofia and C-EDU will present the Cluj pilot sites and the broader NONA concept of Green Investment, setting the context for the closing session - a dialogue among experts and investors on partnerships and innovative mechanisms for sustainable regeneration in Cluj.
