NONA Investment Forum in Odesa Ukraine, May 19, 2026

On 19 May 2026, Odesa will host an investment forum organised by Research Institute of Geodesy and Cartography SERIGG, a project partner within the NONA – New Governance for New Spaces project (Interreg Danube Region Programme 2021–2027).

The forum will bring together urban planners, legal experts, investment professionals and local authority representatives to discuss practical models for the revitalisation of degraded public spaces in Ukrainian communities, with a focus on public-private partnership mechanisms under the current legislative framework.

The central case study will be the Centre of Life 2.0 pilot project in Reni, a border community in Odesa Oblast, developed within the NONA project as a model for the adaptive reuse of degraded public space combining social, cultural and commercial functions.

The programme includes expert presentations, a panel discussion with representatives of local and regional authorities, and an optional site visit to a revitalised degraded territory in the Odesa region on 20 May.
