3rd Interregional Partner Workshop in Kragujevac,

The 3rd Interregional Partner Workshop of the REHEATEAST project, held on March 5-6, 2025, in Kragujevac, was a highly productive and forward-looking event.

Day 1: Collaboration and Site Visit

The first day featured insightful discussions on cooperation and optimization models, with a strong focus on transnational workgroups addressing financing schemes and performance analysis. Partners actively engaged in pilot implementation discussions, sharing progress and aligning future activities. The session on communication and dissemination emphasized visibility strategies and upcoming thematic steps.

A key highlight of the day was the site visit to Energetika Kragujevac, where participants explored the Waste Energy Recovery Project. Visiting the pumping station, boiler room, control room, and showroom provided valuable insights into the region’s innovative approaches to energy efficiency.

Day 2: First Year Review & Future Steps

The second day was dedicated to the First Year Review Meeting, where project partners presented progress on key objectives. Discussions covered the overall progress of the project implementation, status of the Specific Objectives, including the presentation of the Pilots, as well as a financial review. The discussion with JS/MA representatives confirmed that the project's efforts are on the right track. Notably, the representatives of the JS/MA highly appreciated the consortium’s dedication and progress.

Overall, the meeting successfully strengthened collaboration, showcased key achievements, and set a clear direction for the next project phase.
