Multi-Stakeholder Governance Model - Online manual: Video presentation
Video Presentation of the Online Manual: Multi-stakeholder Governance Model
As part of the project activities, an online manual has been developed to provide a practical and structured approach to the management, activation, and revitalisation of deteriorating buildings and underused spaces.
The manual presents a step-by-step methodology covering the entire process — from the identification of vacant and underutilised buildings, to the active involvement of local communities in mapping missing services and identifying local needs, as well as data collection and the development of sustainable business models for buildings with potential for reuse and reactivation.
This tool brings together the knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned throughout the project implementation process. It is intended to serve as a guiding framework for municipalities, organisations, and stakeholders addressing the increasing challenges of depopulation and seeking collaborative approaches to sustainable urban regeneration.
The accompanying video provides a concise overview of the manual and introduces the methodology developed within the project.
We believe that a multi-stakeholder governance approach represents an important instrument for fostering more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient local communities.
