1st National Workshops - 2026

During March and April 2026, the SCAN-DANUBE project will host National workshops — meetings between members of the project’s national implementation teams and stakeholders and other expert guests.

The main aim of these National Workshops is to present and discuss the interim results with project stakeholders and to obtain their feedback and additional data needed.

The series of National Workshops began

on March 18 with our Slovenian partners — the Slovenian Forestry Institute,

followed on March 20 by our partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina — the University of Banja Luka,

on March 24 Mendel University in Brno,

on March 27 the University of Zagreb Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology,

on April 2 the Institute of Lowland Forestry and Environment for the Serbian partners,

and the series of national workshops will conclude with the Austrian partners the Austrian Research Centre for Forests on April 27.
