TEX-DAN Mid-term dissemination event in Zagreb on 12 Jun 2025
TEX-DAN mid-term Conference will take place in Zagreb on 12 Jun 2025, hosted by Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovation, and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO).
It will gather numerous participants from 11 countries of the Danube region and will hold a joint session with sister project
GREEN-TEX.
The Conference invites participants and builds on the active involvement of project partners, SMEs, policy makers, researchers, various business support organizations and sectorial agencies and further guests (online and inhouse) – showing and discussing regional best practices, new technologies and business models , SMEs results and challenges they have been facing in transition to textile and fashion circularity.
Apart from presenting so far achieved results and synergy with GREEN-TEX, the Conference will revolve around two interactive sessions:
TEX-DAN circular assistance provided to textile and fashion SMEs targeting four areas:
1) bio-economy clothing, 2) design, 3) production processes and 4) recycling.
Each SME will have 5 minutes to present its aim, challenges, expected results and stakeholders involved and TCBL experts will provide their insights and recommendations.
Panel discussion Way forward to circularity – Experience and strategic directions of TEX-DAN
Project partners, SMEs, experts and researchers in-house and online will discuss key challenges and tools for improved circularity.
