On 9th and 10th April 2024 project Danube Region Wood Industry Transformation Model towards Industry 4.0 - DRWO4.0 Kick Off conference was organised by Competence Centre Ltd for research and development in Ljubljana. The host of conference was Slovenian Wood Industry Cluster.
Main goal of DRWO4.0 project is Danube region wood-based industry improvement through its transformation towards Industry 4.0.
Lead partner is Competence Centre with project partners Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (Austria), KO-FA Association (Romania), Wood Industry Cluster (Slovenia), Cultural Innovation Competence Center Association (Hungary), Bulgarian Furniture Cluster (Bulgaria), Cluster of Czech Furniture Manufacturers (Czech), University of Belgrade - Faculty of Forestry (Serbia), Development Agency of City of Prijedor “PREDA” (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Cahul Business Centre (Moldavia), Culmena Ltd. (Croatia), Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (Hungary), Agency for sustainable development of the Carpathian region (Ukraine), Faculty of Design (Slovenia).
Total project budget is 1.946.560,00 EUR, and Competence Centre budget is 236.700,00 EUR. Co-financing rate is 80%, and project is co-financed by Interreg Danube Transnational Programme.
