Lead Partner seminar for the 2nd call partners held in Bucharest

The DRP MA/JS held on June 11, 2025 the Lead Partner seminar for the 2nd call projects in Bucharest. The Lead Partners learned how to report in JEMS, deal with the project changes and other project management topics. On the 2nd day of the event, Synergy Building and Capitalisation workshop took place when the Lead Partners from the 1st call and EUSDR Priority Area Coordinators joined the meeting. The projects are divided into wider thematic groups and this was the ideal opportunity to meet all and start discusions about future potential cooperation. A special thank you goes to the projects who presented their good management practices, as well to those who informed the public how they build synergies with other projects. Thank you all!
