BrAIn Final Event: Turning AI Results into Lasting Impact
On 22–23 April 2026, the BrAIn Final Event will take place in Stuttgart, marking both the conclusion of a significant implementation phase and the beginning of the long-term valorisation of the project’s results.
The event will bring together project partners, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), policymakers, AI experts, and key stakeholders from across Europe, with the aim of showcasing project achievements, validating real-world AI solutions, and exploring opportunities to scale their impact across the Danube Region.
More than a closing conference, the BrAIn Final Event will serve as a platform for strategic dialogue and transnational cooperation, fostering knowledge exchange among public authorities, research organisations, innovation intermediaries, and forward-looking SMEs.
Day 1 – From AI Solutions to Real-World Impact
The first day will focus on the presentation and evaluation of validated AI use cases in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and agri-food. These will be reviewed by an international panel of experts, with discussions addressing sustainability, transferability, cross-country testing, and intellectual property within co-creation and open innovation frameworks.
The programme will also include a study visit to the AI Factory at the High-Performance Computing Centre Stuttgart (HLRS).
Day 2 – Scaling Results and Building Momentum
On the morning of 23 April,insights in AI applications in Health, Manufacturing and Agri-Food from the Danube Region an event within the framework of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region Strategy (EUSDR) organised by PA8 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg, with the participation of BrAIn partners.
The official BrAIn Final Event will continue in the afternoon and will feature:
a transnational start-up competition and SME pitching session;
jury evaluation and award ceremony;
networking opportunities;
closing activities, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding;
presentation of project results and a summary video;
a festive cocktail reception.
Throughout the two days, participants will have the opportunity to establish new partnerships and strengthen collaboration between businesses, technology providers, and public authorities.
The event will conclude with a shared commitment to continue knowledge and technology transfer, ensuring that BrAIn results translate into lasting impact.
