
First Transnational Training on AI in Manufacturing Successfully Launched in Belgrade
The first transnational training on AI in manufacturing was successfully held in Belgrade, Serbia, on February 12-13, 2025, marking a significant milestone in advancing Industry 5.0 expertise among professionals. As part of a broader initiative consisting of three specialized training sessions, this event provided participants with in-depth knowledge and practical insights into the transformative role of artificial intelligence in modern manufacturing.
During the two-day session, industry experts and participants explored the evolution of manufacturing from traditional methods to AI-powered systems, emphasizing the growing importance of human-machine collaboration. Discussions highlighted key enabling technologies, including the Internet of Things, smart sensors, and advanced robotics, which are reshaping industrial processes and enhancing efficiency, precision, and flexibility in production environments.

A core focus of the training was the integration of AI-driven robotics in manufacturing, with experts demonstrating how automation and intelligent systems contribute to optimizing workflows, reducing operational costs, and improving overall productivity.
