Thematic open webinar "Circular-economy-driven emerging digital technologies for buildings and construction industry in the Danube region"

Thematic open webinar "Circular-economy-driven emerging digital technologies for buildings and construction industry in the Danube region".

Buildings and construction sectors are among the largest waste generators in the Danube region and thus a concerted action is swiftly needed in them to increase their circularity. The effort required to change wasteful practices in the sectors is often alleviated via digital technologies and the project Circular DigiBuild, co-funded by the Danube Region Programme, is focussed exactly on digital technologies that boost circularity in buildings and construction sectors.

In this webinar we would like to present to the broad set of stakeholders the catalogue of possible applicable solutions of digital technologies in the targeted sectors found across countries in the Danube region by the Circular DigiBuild consortium. Some good practice examples outside the Danube area with a strong replication potential in it are collected as well. The catalogue name is “Disruptive technologies, circular economy and the building industry in the Danube area”. It will be public and available through the project web page, and will serve two main purposes: to harmonize practices and to leverage digital R&D&I activities in the Danube area.

Participation on the event is free of charge, but intended participants need to register for the event on the registration link. Together with the MS Teams webinar participation link the registered participants will receive the catalogue to be able to check it before the event.

We would be more than happy to receive suggestions and inputs from you how the catalogue can be further enriched.
