About the HUB
Why a Transnational Dialogue HUB?
Vulnerable youth across the Danube Region face shared challenges institutional and structural barriers, limited access to opportunities, and inadequate support services yet the responses to these challenges are still largely fragmented along national and sectoral lines. The COOPOWER Transnational Dialogue HUB was created to bridge this gap. It enhances the policy dialogue between stakeholders on the challenges of vulnerable youth in disadvantaged regions, brings local issues to the transnational level, and increases transnational learning and knowledge exchange.
Our philosophy: co-creation and stakeholder engagement
The HUB is built on the conviction that effective solutions for youth labour market integration cannot be designed in isolation. They emerge from the structured, ongoing dialogue between project partners, associated strategic partners, local practitioners, young people themselves, and policymakers at every level. The HUB therefore functions as the engine of transnational coordination across the project, ensuring coherence, quality, and strategic alignment.
It does this through three core functions:
Transnational knowledge exchange regular HUB meetings between project partners and strategic stakeholders, joint learning on good practices and methodologies, and the aggregation of experiences emerging from the Local Cooperation Incubators (LCIs).
The "Dialogue for Youth" online event series bringing in external experts and practitioners for thematic discussions on key issues such as NEETs, outreach approaches, and intersectoral cooperation models.
Preparation of policy dialogue channelling lessons learned from the LCIs to national and EU policy levels throgh the Policy Dialogue Forum and the Final Policy Conference.
