Coming this Friday: COOPOWER webinar on good practices in youth employment
This Friday, COOPOWER will publish a new webinar focusing on good practices in youth employment and intersectoral cooperation.
The webinar draws on the COOPOWER Good Practices Catalogue, which brings together 49 practices from 8 countries. Rather than simply presenting individual examples, the webinar looks at the cooperation mechanisms behind them and asks what makes support for vulnerable young people more accessible, coordinated and effective.
The discussion highlights several recurring principles, including:
accessible entry points and local support;
mentoring and individual guidance;
cooperation between public services, education providers, civil society and employers;
early employer involvement;
community-based and outreach approaches;
adapting successful principles to different local contexts.
The webinar also connects these lessons to the next steps of COOPOWER, including the Local Cooperation Incubators, pilot actions, toolbox, local strategies and transnational policy dialogue.
This webinar was created as part of Activity 2.2 – Transnational Dialogue HUB of the COOPOWER project. The webinar series is part of the COOPOWER Media HUB, supporting transnational knowledge exchange and stakeholder dialogue through local perspectives, expert insights and personal stories.
📅 The full webinar will be available this Friday. Stay tuned!
