Deliverable 2.2.1: Methodology for establishing the HUB

COOPOWER launches the Transnational Dialogue HUB to strengthen cooperation for vulnerable youth

Many young people in disadvantaged regions face complex barriers when entering the labour market. These barriers are often linked not only to employment, but also to education, poverty, rural isolation, limited access to services, disability, migration background, or other forms of vulnerability.

The COOPOWER project is built on the idea that no single organisation or sector can respond to these challenges alone. Supporting vulnerable young people requires cooperation between local actors, public institutions, employment services, schools, NGOs, researchers, employers and policymakers.

To support this cooperation, the project is establishing the Transnational Dialogue HUB: a virtual networking and knowledge-sharing space for project partners, associated strategic partners, local stakeholders, experts, practitioners, policymakers and young people from across the Danube Region.

The HUB will help bring local experiences to the transnational level. It will create a space where partners and stakeholders can exchange knowledge, discuss common challenges, learn from good practices, and reflect on the lessons emerging from the Local Cooperation Incubators and pilot activities.

The HUB will also support the development of key project outputs and policy-oriented results. It will collect and share resources such as good practices, territorial and diagnostic findings, tested solutions, tools, strategies, webinars, podcasts and policy materials.

A key part of the HUB will be the “Dialogue for Youth” online event series, which will include webinars and discussions on topics such as the situation of vulnerable young people in the project regions, good practices in youth employment, the role of Local Cooperation Incubators, pilot activities, evaluation results and future strategies.

In addition, the HUB will include a Media HUB for webinars, podcasts and video materials, as well as a resource repository where project outputs will be made available in a structured and accessible way.

The Transnational Dialogue HUB is designed as a living platform. Its content and functions will be developed gradually during the project, following the progress of activities and the availability of new results. By connecting local knowledge with transnational learning, the HUB will contribute to more coordinated, practical and inclusive support systems for vulnerable young people in the Danube Region.
