Culinary Trail Final Event in Novo mesto

We are pleased to announce the Culinary Trail Final Event, taking place on Saturday, 30 May, in Novo mesto, Slovenia. The event will mark the conclusion of an important phase of the international Culinary Trail project, bringing together partners, stakeholders, experts, and guests from across the Danube Region.

The Culinary Trail project focuses on preserving, promoting, and revitalizing ethnic and local culinary heritage as a driver for sustainable tourism, local development, and social innovation across 14 Danube Region countries. The project develops transnational culinary routes, digital heritage catalogs, training programs, and innovative tourism solutions connected to local gastronomy and cultural heritage.

The final event will offer a vibrant programme featuring presentations, networking opportunities, exchange of good practices, and culinary experiences that celebrate the rich cultural diversity and gastronomic traditions of the Danube Region.

We are looking forward to welcoming all partners and participants to Novo mesto and to celebrating the successful cooperation and achievements of the Culinary Trail project together.
