CultHerit SCOM meeting in Cluj
The first SCOM meeting was held in Cluj, Romania, where representatives of the 10 #CHIM partners met and agreed on the key elements of the project.
One of the main objectives of the meeting was formal establishment of the project Steering Committee.
The representative of the Lead Partner (IMM) presented the main characteristics of the operation and organization of the Steering Committee (SCOM) and each partner nominated a member in the SCOM on behalf of the respective organization.
After that partners have focused on the experiences accumulated so far in the operation of the KSGs and all the partners shortly presented the KSG in their country.
Adrian Lupas and Mihai Bucurean, as representatives of AJOFM Bihor, gave an overview of Activity 1.2 Transnational analysis of employment practices which include an overview of the achievements, a presentation of the most important challenges, and a preliminary outline of the results.
Thomas Philipp, the representative of KUPF, has presented an Introduction to Activity 1.3. Transnational aspirational employment model.
Thomas presented the main tasks related to the definition of the employment model. Presentation was followed by a session with a workshop format in which all partners actively participated.
On the second day of project meeting partners were asked to focus on the preparation of the first progress reports and together they discussed project management focusing on the planned deliverables and outputs and talked about the next tasks related to the implementation of the activities.
After that, Marija Jurkić Flis, the representative of MUO and coordinator of the communication activities presented the latest developments related to communication, most importantly the project web page and why social media engagement matters. She also shared some tips and ideas with partners how to be more present on social media which will be also important for the future project success.
The meeting ended with conclusions and partners agreed that the next meeting will be organized in October in Belgrade.
