DANOVA NEXT Online Coordination Meeting
Project partners of the DANOVA NEXT project held an online coordination meeting on 9 February, with the aim of reviewing the implementation progress and planning the final steps ahead of the project’s closure.
In the first part of the meeting, the Lead Partner provided an overview of the activities implemented so far and outlined the remaining tasks to be completed in the upcoming period.
The central part of the meeting focused on pilot activities. Each transport partner presented the current status of their pilot implementation, the challenges encountered on the ground, and the initial feedback received from users. The discussion highlighted the importance of continuously involving persons with disabilities in the testing phase to ensure that the developed solutions are practical, user-oriented, and sustainable.
Furthermore, the University of Maribor introduced the upcoming activity related to the Appraisal Report and the evaluation process. SOIH presented guidelines for the preparation of the Video Pills – short informational video materials aimed at showcasing the innovative services and the results of pilot activities.
At the end of the meeting, partners reviewed the financial status of the project and received guidance regarding the spending forecast for the current period, ensuring sound financial management in the final phase of project implementation.
