Users Video Interviews - DANOVA NEXT App Feedback

Users Video Interviews

As part of the DANOVA NEXT project activities, a series of user testing at local workshops were organised across partner countries, with the active involvement of persons with disabilities. During these workshops, participants had the opportunity to test the DANOVA NEXT web application and share their experiences, impressions, and suggestions for improvement.

In line with the project’s communication and dissemination plan, project partners recorded short video interviews with persons with disabilities who took part in the application testing. These videos capture first-hand user feedback at the application testing phase, highlighting both the strengths of the application and the practical challenges users encounter when accessing transport information. The focus was placed on authentic user perspectives, ensuring that the voices of persons with disabilities are directly represented in the project’s outputs. The collected user feedback was directly taken into account by the web application developers, who improved and refined the DANOVA NEXT app in line with the users’ suggestions before its official launch.

SOIH coordinated the final editing process and produced a single, consolidated video. This final video brings together target users experiences from different countries, demonstrating the transnational dimension of the DANOVA NEXT project and the shared accessibility challenges across the Danube Region.

We invite you to watch the video below and hear directly from persons with disabilities about their experiences in using the application.
