Danube DNA PP & 3rd SCOM Meeting

On March 17, 2025, representatives of 12 project partners from across the Danube Region gathered in Budapest, Hungary, for the Project Partner (PP) and 3rd Steering Committee (SCOM) Meeting of the DanubeDNA project. The event served as a key milestone in the project’s implementation, bringing together experts, policymakers, and innovation leaders to review progress, share experiences, and plan the next steps for regional cooperation.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in constructive discussions and interactive sessions focusing on the development and deployment of six innovative IT joint solutions that will soon be implemented in 12 participating countries along the Danube. These solutions aim to accelerate digital transformation, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen innovation ecosystems across borders.

In addition to project updates, the meeting highlighted the importance of smart specialization strategies, digital platform development, and pilot actions that will test the proposed solutions in real-world environments. The exchange of knowledge and good practices demonstrated the project’s strong commitment to capacity building and fostering long-term collaboration among institutions and stakeholders in the Danube Region.
