AI-Powered Funding Call Matcher

The solution developed by PTP is titled "AI-Powered Funding Call Matcher". It will be developed as an open-source online tool, integrated into the Danube DNA platform, with the aim of supporting SMEs in efficiently identifying and applying for the most relevant EU funding calls and tenders. The tool will leverage a Smart AI Matching Algorithm that automatically extracts key elements from SME profiles and matches them with open funding opportunities based on eligibility criteria, project type, TRL, expected budget and co-financing requirements. SMEs will benefit from instant call recommendations, receiving a curated list of the most suitable Horizon Cascade Funding calls tailored to their needs. Additionally, the tool will offer one-click proposal adaptation through an AI Proposal Navigator that refines proposals to meet the specific requirements of the selected funding call, including wording, key objectives, and formatting. A built-in deadline and notification system will track important dates and send timely reminders to ensure successful and on-time submissions.
