Solution 1 - Digital readiness analysis

The SOVA Group and its Slovak partner STRIA (Hungary) have successfully completed the development and implementation of the DRA AI Solution (Digital Readiness Analysis with AI-based evaluation) — a joint tool designed to accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The solution applies an inline technology readiness assessment methodology that enables companies to evaluate their digital maturity, identify gaps, and plan targeted improvements to enhance competitiveness within cross-border value chains.

In Slovakia, two pilot assessments have already been completed, both receiving highly positive feedback. One company has initiated its digitalization process based on the recommendations and continues to collaborate with the project team on commercial matters, while the second is independently implementing improvements following the provided guidance.

A marketing campaign promoting the service has sparked strong interest among Slovak SMEs, with up to 20 assessments expected by the end of the project. The tool is now fully operational and will continue to be maintained and further developed beyond the DanubeDNA project, ensuring long-term sustainability and regional impact.

This joint achievement by SOVA and STRIA Group exemplifies how AI-driven innovation and cross-border collaboration can empower SMEs to thrive in Europe’s digital economy.

The application is currently available in three languages — Slovak, Serbian, and Hungarian, making it accessible to a broader network of SMEs across the Danube Region.
