Exchange between Papuk UNESCO Global Geopark and Karawanken-Karavanke UNESCO Global Geopark

The exchange aimed to deepen understanding of inclusive geotourism through hands-on observation of best practices at Papuk UNESCO Global Geopark, demonstrating how interactive exhibits, community enterprises, and collaboration with vulnerable groups can create engaging, empowering, and culturally grounded geotourism experiences. As a result, participants gained concrete methods, new professional connections, and a clear pathway toward sustained knowledge transfer and the formalisation of a partnership between Geopark Karawanken-Karavanke and Geopark Papuk.
