First national-level stakeholder forum, June 5, 2025
On June 5, 2025, the Hungarian Hydrological Society co-organized the first national-level stakeholder forum within the framework of the Danube Water Balance project. The event was held in a hybrid format, with the colleagues of the project’s Hungarian 🇭🇺 institutions (OVF, BME) presenting the main goals of the project. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about the aspects of an international water catchment (data harmonization, problems with a lack of data). Furthermore, the operation of the CWatM model was presented, and visitors had the chance to ask questions about its usability in the water sector.
