Croatian DECIDE partners held their first workshop on 14 October 2025 at Humana Nova, bringing together representatives of regional institutions, development agencies, civil society organisations, and the private sector. The event focused on the importance of circularity in the economy and the role of the DECIDE project in supporting this transition.

The workshop, organised by TICM, the Faculty of Organisation and Informatics and Humana Nova, included an introduction to circular economy principles, a presentation of the DECIDE project, and an overview of Humana Nova’s circular business model. Participants visited Humana Nova’s facilities, took part in a practical group exercise and were introduced to the DECIDE Toolbox, a set of tools that help companies plan and implement circular strategies.

The event concluded with an open discussion on opportunities for collaboration. Participants’ feedback was extremely positive, confirming the workshop’s value and guiding future activities. Find out more on the link.
