PROJECT DECIDE PRESENTED AT CECIIS CONFERENCE 2025

From September 17th to 19th, 2025, the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics (UNIZG FOI), a partner in the DECIDE project, hosted its annual conference CECIIS – Central European Conference on Information and Intelligent Systems. This was the 36th edition of the conference, which brought together more than 200 participants from across the EU, wider Europe, and beyond.

The DECIDE project was also featured at CECIIS 2025. As part of the programme, a special session titled Project Pitches was held on September 18th, dedicated to showcasing ongoing projects and research. Nine projects were pitched in a highly competitive setting, reflecting the innovation and impact of the participating initiatives. The DECIDE project was presented by UNIZG FOI team member Lea Masnec. More than 50 participants attended the session, listening to all presentations and engaging with the speakers.

The Project Pitches session provided an excellent platform for researchers and professionals to present their work, receive constructive feedback, and foster collaboration in developing technological solutions across diverse sectors. Participants also had the opportunity to network, exchange business cards, and explore potential project ideas with fellow innovators. During the coffee break following the session, informal Q&A discussions took place, and several participants expressed particular interest in the DECIDE project and its activities.

In addition, throughout the entire conference, UNIZG FOI showcased its active projects in dedicated spaces across the venue. This gave attendees the chance to learn more about various initiatives, with a special emphasis on the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme project DECIDE.
