Partner2Partner exchange online event on Ukraine pilot action
Our team has been analyzing a Ukrainian pilot project that combines heat pumps and solar PV systems in a hospital – an innovative step toward sustainable energy solutions, even under wartime conditions and grid instability.
We discussed technical aspects, results, and the potential to scale this model to other communities. A key challenge was aligning the KPI data, but together we set a clear plan and timeline – by June we will have a solid, measurable basis for further development.
This project demonstrates how sustainable energy and community resilience can go hand in hand.
