The Stakeholder Engagement Session in Belgrade (Serbia) has been successfully held
As part of the stakeholder engagement session, three thematic workshops were organized by the Regional Development Agency Eastern Serbia - RARIS on April 23, 2025, at the NALED premises in Belgrade.
The first workshop focused on the development of the Master Plan, the second aimed to form a focus group, while the third workshop was dedicated to conducting a SWOT analysis and defining specific measures.
All three workshops were designed to actively involve key stakeholders in the planning and decision-making process through constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas.
