Benchmarking meeting in Belgrade

This joint regional analysis examines the drivers of Early School Leaving (ESL) across nine FLEXITRAIN partner countries in Europe and the Western Balkans.

The FLEXITRAIN Partnership Meeting in Sfantu Gheorghe on 14–15 January 2026 brought partners together to advance ongoing project activities and define key intervention areas. The programme also included study visits to a vocational school and business incubator, supporting knowledge exchange and alignment on future tools and project management steps.

The FLEXITRAIN Benchmark Meeting in Belgrade on 20–21 October 2025 gathered project partners to review the results of the joint analysis and benchmark existing tools and approaches. The meeting also focused on coordinating next implementation steps, project management, and communication to strengthen collaboration across partners.

The FLEXITRAIN Kick-off Meeting brought project partners together in Vienna on 22–23 May 2025 to launch the project and align on its goals, structure, and collaboration processes. Over two days, participants discussed project management, communication, financial procedures, and the implementation of key activities to ensure a strong start to the partnership.
