SWOT analysis workshop organized by AGRRA

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, AGRRA hosted an engaging SWOT analysis workshop in Kolan on the island of Pag. The event brought together a dynamic group of local stakeholders, including representatives from the Municipality of Kolan and representatives of the Tourist Boards from both Kolan and Povljana. Additionally, other members of the community also participated in the workshop giving the workshop diverse perspectives.

The workshop began with initial greetings from the mayor of the Municipality, Šime Gligora, as well as the project manager, Matej Mikulić. Following the initial greetings, participants engaged in a lively discussion focused on developing innovative tourist products and services as well as enhancing existing ones. The workshop was a great success which gave us many new ideas for the continuation of the project Mystical Danube.
