Humana Nova wins prize of German-Croatian Industry and Economy Chamber

The well known Croatian social enterprise Humana Nova, that collects used textile and made a product out of it, won a prize of German-Croatian Economy Association for its business contribution between two countries. The Humana Nova was competing 300 enterprises, and was awarded in Zagreb on 8 Nov 2024.

Humana Nova has a long-term cooperation with German partners, of which they particularly highlight the successful cooperation with Dna Merch, a Berlin organization dedicated to the production of textiles in accordance with the principles of social justice and sustainability.

Since 2014, Dna Merch has become a key partner of Humana Nova in creating textile products that not only meet high quality standards, but also ethical production standards.

Dna Merch, known for its commitment to labor rights, continuously cooperates with Humana Nova. All textile products produced through this partnership are the result of common values and joint work within a democratically organized working community.

This cooperation contributes to the creation of new opportunities for economic growth and the strengthening of ties between the two countries based on common values and goals that they promote together, and this has been well recognized and even rewarded.
