Inspiring Young Innovators: TransAC Partners Celebrate Student Research Success

As part of the TransAC project, the University of Bayreuth and Stiftland-Gymnasium Tirschenreuth (SGT) in Germany highlighted the achievements of young researchers and promoted innovation through education. Their activities focused on increasing project visibility, encouraging students to explore new technologies, and strengthening cooperation between schools and universities.

A particular highlight was the recognition of student achievements in the German “Jugend forscht” competition, which encourages young people to develop and present their own scientific and technical projects. The competition provided an opportunity to showcase creativity, research skills, and the innovative potential of the next generation.

The activities also emphasized the importance of connecting secondary education with university-level research. Through their collaboration, the University of Bayreuth and SGT aim to create opportunities for practical learning, inspire interest in technical fields, and support the development of future skills. These efforts contribute to the TransAC project's broader objective of strengthening education and innovation in additive manufacturing.
