Stiftland-Gymnasium Tirschenreuth: Learning 3D Printing Through Creative Projects

Students at Stiftland-Gymnasium Tirschenreuth (SGT) in Germany completed a practical 3D printing project as part of their additive manufacturing education. Under the theme “Design and Print Your Initials,” students applied their knowledge of digital modeling to create personalized three-dimensional letters.

The activity allowed students to experience the complete process from digital design to finished printed objects, strengthening their technical skills, creativity, and understanding of additive manufacturing. Through hands-on learning, the project supported TransAC's goal of introducing young people to modern technologies and encouraging interest in engineering and innovation.
