Discover the WE.Circular Labs approach

The WE.Circular partnership has published two key documents that present the approach developed within the project for supporting women entrepreneurs in their circular and digital transition: the Concept for WE.Circular Labs and the Strategy for Sustainability of the WE.Circular Labs.

The Concept for WE.Circular Labs introduces the common framework for establishing and operating the Labs across the Danube Region. It presents the Living Lab approach as a collaborative and practical model through which women entrepreneurs can co-create, test and validate circular and digitally enabled business solutions in real-life settings. The document outlines the main principles, structure, services and operational phases of the Labs, while allowing flexibility for adaptation to different national contexts.

The Strategy for Sustainability of the WE.Circular Labs builds on the experience gained during pilot testing and defines how the Labs can continue beyond the project lifetime. It sets out the long-term framework for maintaining the Labs as relevant and adaptable support structures through organisational anchoring, stakeholder engagement, diversified funding, service sustainability and transnational cooperation. The Strategy also includes an implementation roadmap for the period July 2026 to June 2031.

Together, these two publications provide a practical reference for organisations, business support actors, policy-makers and stakeholders who would like to use or adapt the WE.Circular Labs approach to support women entrepreneurs in circular transition.
