WIN FINAL CONFERENCE

Join us for the WIN Final Conference, a full-day event bringing together researchers, policymakers, businesses and practitioners to discuss how to improve labour market opportunities for women in peripheral industrial regions.

The conference will present the key results of the WIN project and open a dialogue on structural barriers, social innovation and practical solutions that can strengthen women’s participation in the labour market across Europe.

The conference will take place on May 6, 2026, at the Oroszlány Mining Museum (Csákvári utca 45, 2840 Oroszlány, Hungary)

Set in a unique industrial heritage environment, the venue reflects the industrial context that shaped the regions addressed by the WIN project.

Exploring innovative approaches tested during the project.

Identifying key skills, institutional support and capacities needed to improve labour market participation.
