Final meeting of the Innovation Group in Trbovlje

On Wednesday, 15th of January 2025, the last meeting of the Innovation Group was successfully held at the Trbovlje Workers' Centre.

During the meeting, participants worked in small groups, using a variety of methods to stimulate the creative process. We also used the 'design thinking' method which is a creative, user-centred approach to problem solving. It is an iterative process that combines empathetic understanding of user needs, problem analysis, creating innovative solutions and testing them in practice. Through this method, participants develop useful, meaningful and feasible solutions to complex challenges.

This has led to the development of more detailed action plans for the four pilot actions. At the end of the process, the group members used the pitching method to present their ideas and then selected two pilots, which will be implemented in Trbovlje this year as part of the project.
