Launch of the WIN Awareness - raising campaign: Empowering Women, WINning Together!

We are excited to announce the launch of the WIN Awareness-raising campaign, an initiative designed to empower women, break down barriers, and foster equality in the labor market. This campaign represents an important step in addressing systemic challenges while highlighting women's invaluable contributions in peripheral industrial regions.

Together with our project partners, the campaign aims to promote gender equality, advocate for policies that support women in balancing work and care responsibilities, and increase access to leadership roles. It also seeks to highlight the significant role women play in local economies, particularly in male-dominated industries. Additionally, the campaign raises awareness about challenges such as unpaid care work, underrepresentation in STEM and leadership positions, and limited access to flexible employment opportunities.

The campaign will be implemented across all seven pilot regions.

Why this campaign matters

Women in peripheral industrial regions face unique obstacles when accessing employment and career opportunities. The campaign is about raising awareness and taking concrete action to drive innovation and collaboration.
