Second WIN newsletter

We are thrilled to announce that the second edition of the WIN newsletter has been published! This edition captures the progress and achievements of the WIN project as we continue to empower women and address barriers to gender equality in peripheral industrial regions.

In the second newsletter, we shared updates on the ongoing activities of the WIN innovation groups across the pilot regions. These groups have been hard at work identifying key challenges faced by women, such as limited access to flexible employment, barriers in entrepreneurship, and underrepresentation in STEM fields, and developing innovative solutions to address them.

The newsletter highlights the milestones achieved during this period, including insights into the second partner meeting in the Czech Republic and the collaborative efforts of partners to implement actionable social innovations. Additionally, it showcases the ideas emerging from the WIN Innovation Groups, such as women's mentorship programs, initiatives for promoting atypical work arrangements, and projects encouraging young women to explore careers in STEM.
