The first meeting of the Hungarian WIN Innovation Group

The first meeting of the Hungarian WIN Innovation Group was held in the framework of the WIN project.

The meeting took place at the County Hall in Tatabánya on 28th of October 2024. Among the participants were representatives of the municipalities targeted by the project (Dorog, Oroszlány, Tatbánya), a representative of the RightNow Association for Women, representatives of the Komárom-Esztergom County Labour Pact and a representative of the Tatabánya Economic Development Organisation. The participating experts all have a great deal of experience in the field of employment, in particular the situation of women in the labour market.

The aim of the first meeting was not only to get to know the project and each other, but also to start exploring the problems. Already at this first meeting, it became clear that there was work to be done in this area and many comments were noted. Work will continue and we hope that at the end of the process we will be able to develop and test real solutions.
