ANCHOR Partner Meeting – Day 2 in Varna!
The second day of our meeting began with sessions on project management and communication, followed by an engaging SO2 workshop. Partners explored the upcoming SO2 tasks and took part in interactive group work that supported the planning of local pilot actions. These insights and tools will be brought home to help local partners and stakeholders within the Local Labour Market Forums design meaningful, impact-driven pilot activities. 💡🤝
In the afternoon, we enjoyed a guided city tour of Varna, discovering the Varna Museum of Archaeology, the Roman Thermae, and the charming city centre — a perfect way to connect, learn, and get inspired together! 🌍✨
