An inspiring afternoon for the ANCHOR partnership at LEGO Manufacturing in Nyíregyháza! 🧱✨

As one of the region’s largest employers and a key actor in the local employment pact, LEGO Manufacturing Nyíregyháza welcomed us for an unforgettable site visit.

We were impressed not only by the scale and innovation of the production facility, but also by the warm hospitality and openness to share insights. During the guided tour, we followed the fascinating steps of the manufacturing process — from raw materials to perfectly crafted LEGO bricks.

After the tour, we had the opportunity to engage in a thoughtful discussion with LEGO’s HR Director, focusing on their real-life experience and reflections on the themes central to the ANCHOR project:

📌 addressing labour shortages
📌 inclusive employment practices
📌 and the importance of strong partnerships between the private sector and public institutions.

This visit perfectly demonstrated how leading employers can actively contribute to more effective labour market governance – one of the core aims of our project.
