2nd Partners meeting & Transnational workshop
The COMMHERITOUR second Partners meeting and Transnational workshop took place from 19th to 21st November 2024 in beautiful Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, hosted by the Tourist Board of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
Project partners gathered for their second meeting to focus on project management, communication, and the continued development of activities. Workshops addressed challenges and untapped potential related to Specific Objective 1, with participants also sharing approaches for upcoming pilot actions. A study visit to Konjic featured Rukotvorine and its ZANAT brand, highlighting the successful blend of traditional woodcraft and modern design. The final day centered on reviewing survey findings, particularly consumer attitudes, and preparing for the Strategy and Action Plan set for early 2025.
